Subscriptions and Free Tier

MealScout offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription with additional features (including photo analysis). Subscription pricing and billing are presented at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID settings. Any changes to pricing or features will be communicated in advance where required.

AI Disclaimer

MealScout provides estimated nutrition values generated by AI. These estimates are approximate and for informational purposes only. The service is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary advice.

Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the MealScout app, including software, design, and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealScout and DJB Group LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
